Dulux Trade Quick Dry Wood Primer Undercoat is a high opacity primer and undercoat which is thinned with water and is applied by brush. Dulux Wood Primer Undercoat is suitable for interior and exterior use and is recoatable after 2-4 hours. Dulux Trade Quick Dry Wood Primer is a water-based trim solution compared to traditional solvent-based finishes. The finish has been produced with reduced carbon and energy, resulting in a low VOC content finish.  To get the best results, ensure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry) and free from all defective or poorly adhering material such as dirt, grease or wax.
