Dulux Trade Durable Flat Matt is a high opacity product with excellent coverage that can be thinned with water and applied by brush, roller, airless spray or HVLP Spray.  Dulux Trade Durable Flat Matt is a water-based solution compared to traditional solvent-based finishes. The finish has been produced with reduced carbon and energy, resulting in a low VOC content matt finish. Dulux Trade Durable Flat Matt is suitable for interior use. Touch dry in and recoatable after 2-4 hours.  This emulsion is a decorative coating providing a flat finish for use on walls and ceilings. Flat Matt can be applied to coated plaster surfaces without thinning.
