Dulux Trade Weathershield Exterior Quick Drying Undercoat is thinned with water and applied by brush. This product is suitable for exterior use and is touch dry in 1-2 hours and recoatable after 2-4 hours.  Dulux Trade Weathershield Exterior Quick Dry Undercoat is a water-based trim solution compared to traditional solvent-based finishes. The finish has been produced with reduced carbon and energy resulting in low VOC content finish.  To get the best results, ensure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry) and free from all defective or poorly adhering material such as dirt, grease or wax.
